The house was built in 1990, renovated in 2005, and regularly maintained. Large living room in open concept with the kitchen, four bedrooms, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna, guest bathroom with shower, laundry room, covered and open terrace. TV with radio and Blu-ray and approx. 60 channels, including several German, Scandinavian and some children's channels. Swing, sandpit and changing table with bath tub for the children. There is underfloor heating in the main bathroom. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace. Between the house and the shed is a west-facing terrace with evening sun. The decor is personal, modern and tasteful. Owner has with a sure hand and great sense of fun furnished the house, so every stay here will be associated with relaxation and wellbeing. The large windows help the sun shine in throughout the day. The house has many m², the large spacious living room and four bedrooms make it ideal for two families wishing to spend their holiday together or for a large family. The plot is a plan, open plot with little vegetation. Here there are excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as ball games with the kids, enjoying the evenings around the grill or sunbathing on the hot days.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
