Holiday home in Egsmark Strand

This pool house has a unique location with a beautiful view of Ebeltoft Vig due to its location 20 metres above sea level. approx. 200 m to a child-friendly beach with skallow waters and jetty. The view is secured by the elevated location of the house compared to the anterior area. Sea views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, terraces or when resting in the pool area.

The house is not wheelchair accessible, since all access is via stairs with approx. 40 steps.

The house is decorated with bright lightwooden hardwood floors throughout the ground floor, with bright and modern furnishings in bright colours. The living room is in open plan with the kitchen and has a wood-burning stove and TV with satellite dish from 2006. The house is well equipped with modern facilities such as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The basement contains bedrooms, wc, bath, sauna and pool area. Pool Fund is a 60 m² large room with heated tile floor, large swimming pool (approx. 20 m²), whirlpool and bath. The swimming pool is equipped with a swim coach. Even on cold spring and autumn days the room, with its south-facing location, gives you the opportunity to get heated by the sun's rays , which also heat the water in the pool. Despite the stunning views, the pool area is relatively undisturbed compared to neighbours. There is a jungle gym and a swing for the kids.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
