Great holiday cottage with annex and a spectacular panoramic view of Frøya's islands and the ocean. The large archipelago offers plenty of fishing, also from land.

The cabin is the owner's private holiday cottage. 33 m² covered terrace and 66 m² open terraces on three of the cottage's sides. The bathroom has a massage shower. You can play shuffle board and table curling indoor.

Go swimming 300 metres away. In addition to the plot of 1000 m², you have access to almost unlimited wilderness on the island of Hjertøy.

Two boats for rent: 2 pcs. Gemi 625CC in aluminum, one with 60 HP and one with 100 HP, 4-stroke Tohatsu engine, Garmin 11-inch chartplotter/gps/ echo sounder, 70 liter fixed fuel tank, and two chairs that can be pushed so you can sit and fish from the chair. The boats have an AIS safety system. The boats are located in a sheltered harbour 700 metres away. Life jackets included. 500 litre freezing capacity.

Plenty of cod in winter from February to March. You can go ice fishing or skating in winter when the lakes freeze. Visit the fishing village of Titran. No letting to youth groups.
