This idyllic holiday home is set on a very large plot of 10 000 square metres. It is set in magnificent surroundings, nearby two pretty little lakes, outside of the beautiful town of Gränna. The boat that is included in the rent is docked by one of the lakes. Set only 10 metres from the lake, with a spacious terrace facing it, this house offers a marvellous view.

The cottage features a partly covered terrace with a large grill for lovely barbecues in the outdoors. Inside you will find a cosy living room with a dining area, a wood burning stove, and a lovely view of the lake. The kitchen is very attractive and features a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Above the kitchen there is a mezzanine. There is a lovely bath barrel, which can be heated, on the terrace.

Next door to the house there is a farm with a stable and possibilities to rent a pony for the children to ride on. They also have bunnies, cats, and bicycles for rent. Your children will really enjoy a visit! You can also buy eggs there. Those who like fishing will enjoy lake Sommen ( 30 km), Lake Ören (10 km) and Vättern (10 km).

The area offers a lot of activities and sights. Admire the scenic landscape with it's lovely walking paths and bicycle courses. This is a place that offers something for everyone.The picturesque town of Gränna is within walking distance, offering charming little shops and restaurants. Gränna is known for it's stripy, hard candy canes, “Polkagrisar”, and you can visit the small factory and see how they are made. Why not take a day trip to the charming island of Visingsö? There you can take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage all around the island. Other great destinations are Kolmårdens nature reserve and zoo, 100 kilometres from the cottage. There is also Astrid Lindgren's World (100 kilometres) which is a great place for those who enjoy the lovely children's books by Astrid Lindgren.
