2-family house "Le Mélèze". 600 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 900 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. Motor access to the house.

In Winter:
Please take snow chains. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 400 m, bakery 500 m, café, bus stop "Ovronnaz, croisée du centre" 400 m, thermal baths 1.4 km. Tennis 300 m, ski rental 600 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 600 m, cross country ski track 900 m.

Entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (130 cm), open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Very beautiful view of the mountains.
