Mountain railway 7 km, ski lift 7 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 7 km, sled run 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Silvretta Ski-Arena Samnaun/Ischgl 7 km.

Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (180 cm, length 180 cm), dining nook and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Oil heating. Carpet.
