There is something special about bringing family, friends or colleagues together under one roof. A large summer house gives you room for socialising, relaxation and fun activities – all set in beautiful surroundings close to nature, beach and forest. At Campaya Holiday Homes you’ll find a wide selection of large summer houses in Denmark and across Europe, with space for anywhere from 10 to 50 people.

Whether you’re planning a holiday for multiple families, a weekend away with friends or a company outing, we have the summer house that matches your needs. A large summer house offers the freedom to be together – without compromising on comfort, privacy or luxury.

A large summer house is not just about many beds – it’s about quality of life and community. The large summer houses are designed to provide the backdrop for great memories and shared experiences.

Most of our large summer houses offer a host of facilities and activity options that make it easy for both children and adults to have an unforgettable holiday.

You can, for example, find large summer houses with:
• Outdoor play areas with a trampoline, swings, sandbox and ball court.
• Large terraces with garden furniture and a grill, perfect for long summer evenings.
• Lovely indoor living spaces where everyone can gather for cooking, games and relaxation.
• A fireplace or wood-burning stove that creates a cosy atmosphere in the cooler months.

Some of the large summer houses are also located in holiday areas with access to shared sports facilities such as tennis courts, beach volleyball, mini golf or football pitches.

At Campaya you can find large summer houses with space for 10, 20, 30, 40 or even up to 50 people. That means there’s plenty of opportunity to bring multiple generations, groups of friends or company teams together under one roof.

The large summer houses often feature:

• Many separate bedrooms so everyone gets their own base.
• Multiple bathrooms to avoid queues in the morning.
• Large kitchen and long dining areas where everyone can sit together.
• Spacious communal areas where you can socialise together or retreat for some privacy.

Whether you’re looking for a summer house for 12 people or a large holiday home for 40, we have a wide selection across the country – from the dunes of West Jutland to the rocky coast of Bornholm.

Large summer houses cater to many types of guests – and each group has its own wishes and needs.

Multiple families or generations: A large summer house is perfect when several families travel together. Children can play freely while the adults enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. Grandparents can join in the children’s holiday experiences, and everyone can gather for cosy meals without lack of space.

Friends on holiday: A large summer house provides the perfect setting for friends’ getaways, parties and extended weekends. Here you can play table tennis in the activity room, take a dip in the pool and enjoy long evenings with good food and music.

Company stays and teambuilding: Large summer houses are also ideal for company events, workshops or teambuilding trips. Here you’ll have meeting rooms, communal dining areas and cosy lounges – and when the work is done, colleagues can relax in the hot tub or play a game of pool.

When you book a large summer house through Campaya, you can choose from many different amenities that make your stay even better. The large summer houses come in many styles – from luxury villas with sea views to charming farmhouses in scenic surroundings.

Here are some of the most popular types:

Large summer houses with a pool: Perfect for both children and adults – an indoor pool makes it possible to swim all year round, regardless of the weather. Many pool houses also have water slides and a separate children’s pool.

Large summer houses with an activity room: Here you can compete in billiards, table tennis or darts. An activity room is a guaranteed hit – especially if the weather turns.

Large summer houses with a sauna and hot tub: A hot tub or sauna gives an extra sense of wellbeing and relaxation. Perfect after a long walk on the beach or an active day in nature.

All these types can be easily found and booked directly on Campaya.dk, where you can filter your search by amenities, location and number of guests.

Why choose a large summer house: A large summer house is much more than just accommodation – it’s a gathering place. Here generations can meet, friends can create memories and colleagues can strengthen their bonds. The large dining tables invite long dinners and cosy socialising, and the many activity options provide entertainment for all ages.

The benefits are many:
• You live together but still have plenty of space.
• You can cook for yourselves and save on restaurant visits.
• You get access to facilities usually only found at hotels.
• You can create exactly the holiday experience you want – at your own pace.

A large summer house gives you the freedom to dial up the cosiness, turn down everyday life and simply enjoy time together.
