But where do people spend their holiday exactly? In this article, we describe which regions of Denmark have the highest demand for summer cottages.

Our calculation is based on the total number of cottages in our search engine. The percentages next to the municipalities' names indicate the portion of booked rental homes in the specific municipality in the peak of summer 2017.

The survey is limited to municipalities with a minimum of 100 cottages.
