A holiday cottage with an activity room, also known as an activity house, provides the perfect setting for a holiday filled with coziness, laughter and great experiences. At Campaya Holiday Rentals you'll find a wide selection of modern and well-equipped cottages where entertainment is the focus, and where both children and adults can enjoy their holiday together regardless of the season.

An activity house brings the family together around play, competition and social time. It’s a place where rainy days become just as memorable as sunny beach days, and where togetherness thrives in a cozy setting. See Campaya's large selection of lovely cottages with activity rooms, including table tennis or table football.

An activity house differs from a regular cottage by having a dedicated activity room or a game/playroom, furnished with various kinds of games and entertainment. The room functions as the home's natural gathering point, where you can relax, compete and create memories together.

A holiday cottage with an activity room is typically equipped with everything from table tennis and billiards to darts and a game console – and in some cases even classic board games, so there is something for every taste. Whether you travel as a family, a group of friends or with several generations, an activity house lets you come together for fun experiences and cozy hours indoors.

There are many good reasons to choose a cottage with an activity room. First and foremost, you get a holiday where the entertainment never runs out. An activity house is ideal for families with children, as it gives the youngest ones a chance to burn off energy and have fun – even when the weather isn’t suitable for beach trips.

But a cottage with an activity room is by no means only for children. Adults equally enjoy challenging each other in a game of billiards, a round of darts or a match of table tennis. It’s a perfect way to unwind, where laughter, competition and cozy company go hand in hand.

An activity house creates a natural meeting point where you can gather to play without it requiring planning or excursions.

A cottage with an activity room also allows children and adults to relax and enjoy various activities. The children can easily spend two hours around the ping-pong table, while others in the family may enjoy a quiet moment in front of the wood-burning stove.

The contents of the activity room vary from cottage to cottage, but many activity houses offer a combination of fun and classic games that the whole family can gather around:

• Table tennis – perfect for quick duels and laughter-filled matches.
• Billiards or pool – ideal for relaxed moments and friendly competition.
• Table football – speed, laughter and teamwork all at once.
• Darts – a cozy and challenging classic for all ages.
• Game console (e.g. PlayStation) – great for relaxed evenings or a digital tournament.
• Board games – some cottages also have a selection of classic games for cozy evenings.

The exact facilities can vary from house to house, and you can always see a detailed list under "Facilities" in the description of each cottage on Campaya's website. That way you can easily find the exact holiday cottage with an activity room that best matches your wishes. In the filters you, for example, have the option to filter specifically for table tennis if that is a requirement for the activity room.

We all know the weather can be unpredictable. But with a cottage that has an activity room or game room, the holiday never depends on sunshine. Here you can enjoy yourselves and stay active indoors while the rain taps at the window.

This makes an activity house a good and flexible choice, especially for families who want to ensure fun and cozy experiences regardless of what the forecast brings. That way you get the most out of your holiday, whether it's summer, autumn or winter.
