This villa is located in Águilas, near the Natural Park of Cabo Cope and Puntas de Calnegre, which is a protected area that lies between the municipalities of Lorca and Águilas and which protects a 17 km band of virgin coast, as along the Bay of Mazarrón. Also close by is La Isla del Fraile, the rice beach, the yellow beach, virgin coves, panoramic views of the sea and mountains, hiking trails and another possibility of other activities such as diving, fishing, running, cycling and much more. Less than 5 minutes by car is Águilas, a place with a lot of history and innumerable leisure and cultural entertainment possibilities (concerts, exhibitions, theater, cinema, Aquarium and a long program of events). The EL AGUILÓN golf course is about 25 minutes away by car.
Águilas stands out for an unbeatable gastronomy (migas, cocido, octopus salad, fish, rice dishes, seafood wines, sardine moragas or boga marinades). As outstanding products of the aquiline gastronomy are the red mullet, the prawn, the tomato and the caper. Águilas also has a fish market where the daily catch is auctioned.
