This house is the result of a very well done renovation project. The young owners have rebuilt the old farm house and the result is simply stunning. It is the only object in Tyrol that has been awarded a prize by the Association of Austrian Architects. It has also been awarded two other prizes, among which an international architectural prize. The house is set on a sunny location, at the beginning of a quiet mountain road, 400 m. from a small village and only 300 m. from the nearest ski lift. The house is divided into two separate properties. The entire first floor contains a 10-14 persons accommodation that consists of two separate units, ideal for two families holidaying together (AT-6283-19). This accommodation has the use of two loggias. On the entire 2nd floor is a 10 persons accommodation (AT-6283-16) also with a loggia. From the loggia as well as through the big windows you can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Both properties are well equipped, of a good standard, modern and comfortable. Property AT-6283-16 has 5 bedrooms, two of which are seperated via an open walk way. In the AT-6283-19 one of the two Stubes is used as a bedroom, so that the actual number of bedrooms is six. On the ground floor you'll find a communal ski cellar with a ski boot warmer.
