Nr. Lyngby is located between the two holiday resorts of Løkken and Lønstrup. This small, peaceful town is situated in a peaceful and attractive landscape of dunes, woodland and meadows, with high coastal cliffs that provide a good launching pad for hang gliders and paragliders. Nr. Lyngby's good, sandy beach is ideal for bathing, beach activities, water sports and long, relaxing walks. Both the North Sea and the local "put and take" lakes provide anglers with good opportunities to land a catch. The nearby town of Løkken is home to a golf course and the "Action House", a family leisure complex offering bowling, paintball, go carting and more.
