Apartment:
The 1 bed/bathroom apartment on the first floor has a spacious and tastefully decorated living room, providing access to a large south facing and furnished terrace. From the terrace you have spectacular view on Gibraltar and the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a separate dining area.
The spacious and warm decorated bedroom has 2 single beds. There is plenty of cupboard space and 1 of the cupboards has a built-in safe.
The bedroom has a balcony with view over the development, pool and golf court.
Bathroom with bath/glass screen, toilet, fitted washstand and bidet.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may expect in a luxury environment. (washing machine, dish washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker)
The whole apartment has warm yellow marble floors. The design is warm and tasteful, harmonising with the terra cotta building.
Air conditioning and heating all over.
In the underground garage, accessible through an elevator, we have a private parking place.
Sport/relax:
The area offers plenty of possibilities for active holidaymakers. On the Costa del Sol you find, east and west from our apartment in Los Lagos, over 50 of the most beautiful and spectacular golf courts (many of then with additional facilities), varying from 9 to 27 holes.
A couple of them in the direct vicinity of Los Lagos.
The attractive environment for golfers has renamed the Costa del Sol into Costa del Golf.
We have established a golf arrangement with a Puerto Banus established golf service organisation, offering (variable) discounts on the green fees to our guests.
There are numerous other sports facilities in the area like tennis, windsurfing, diving, sailing, waterski, horse riding, paddle.
In wintertime you are in the exceptional position that in 1 day you can swim in the sea, take a sunbath and go skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
Not many places in the world offer this opportunity.
In the Marbella area you will find a wide range of highly qualified restaurants, varying from Italian to French or Mexican kitchen.
Especially the Puerto Banus Marina combines culinary pampering with the feeling being part of the jet set.
The Marbella and Puerto Banus boulevards keep inviting to watch “the rich and famous” , parading continuously.
It goes without saying that you can also simply enjoy the sea and the beautiful beaches and experience the Costa del Sol.
Daytrips:
First of all you may not overlook the Marbella old town with its Plaza de Los Naranjos. Numerous boutiques, shops and hidden restaurants will secure you an unforgettable day. Your Marbella visit is not complete without visiting the ongoing Salvador Dali statue exposition, between the old town and the sea/beach.
A unique experience is a daytrip to Marocco, making the crossing from Algeciras to Ceuta, the Spanish enclave in northern Africa.
Malaga (40 km.) is absolutely worth a visit. Take your time for the Picasso Museum, the renaissance style build cathedral and the old Alcazaba.
Ronda (70 km.) is a lovely old town in the mountains where the enormous 200 m. high impressive Puente Nueva (over the Tajo Cleft) connects the old town with the newer part of Ronda.
And you find there the oldest bull arena of Spain with a beautiful museum.
We also recommend a daytrip through the Sierra de Ronda with its picturesque famous white villages as Ojén, Coin, Istan and Gaucin. Enjoy a tapas or a local meal in a venta.
Gibraltar (70 km.) where you, surrounded by food-asking apes, can watch Marocco.
Granada (150 km.) is world famous for its Moorish palaces. Take your time to absorb this striking example of medieval Arabian architecture.
