House, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 10 m from the lake.

Private:
Grounds 40 ha, garden 5'000 m2 (fenced), orchard, indoor pool heated (8 x 4 m). Table tennis, arbour, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace.

In the house:
Lounge, internet access, sauna, steam room, billiards table, table football, bicycles available. Breakfast and half-board possible on request (extra). Parking by the house. Grocers 2 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bus stop 10 km. Riding stables 4 km.

Please note:
Car essential. Fishing [permit required]. The owner has a dog. Private lake in the grounds. It is possible to see woodland animals in the surrounding area.

Available free of charge:
Sailing boat, 2 small dinghies with oars, table tennis, darts, chequers, hammock. There is a wigwam with the kitchen and smoking room, in the grounds by the lake.

Deposit 1000 PLN.

On request:
Heating of the swimming pool above 28 degrees, extra paid on spot.

Interior:
7-room house 800 m2 on 3 levels: open large living/dining room 200 m2 with open fireplace and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), video, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the garden, to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room 16 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm). Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC.

On the lower ground floor:
Large games room. Shower.

Upper floor:
1 room 30 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath/shower/WC. 1 room 8 m2 with 1 double bed (140 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room 25 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm), 2 double beds (140 cm), hand-basin and shower. Bath/WC.

2nd upper floor:
1 room 30 m2 with 1 double bed. Wood heating, oil heating. Terrace 60 m2. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the lake and the valley.

Facilities:
Washing machine. Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], extra). Reserved parking by the house.

Please note:
Maximum 2 dogs accepted. The ground floor bathroom has wheelchair access.
