House:
The house is made of wood balks in a regional style. There are some antique machines which were used in a past for producing butter and weaving. Location of this propery ensures peace and maximum relaxation. In front of the house is a grassy badminton court and fire place. There is also a swing (hanged on a tree) and a hammock. Owners of neighouring house can provide fresh milk, eggs and cheese.
Winter:
Access road are passing and if needed snow removed. End of driveway is very steep and can be troublesome. In that case there is a possbility to park a car 30 m from entrance gate. Chalet. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
Private:
Grounds 2'500 m2 (fenced), garden, meadow. Outside shower. Badminton, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace.
In the house:
Washing machine. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Grocers 150 m, supermarket 9 km, bus stop 300 m, indoor swimming pool 19 km. Tennis 19 km, riding stables 4 km. Local sale of farm products.
Interior:
3-room chalet 100 m2 on 2 levels, practical furnishings: living room 17 m2 with open fireplace and satellite-TV. Kitchen (2 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC.
Top floor:
1 room 16 m2, with sloping ceilings with 3 beds (90 cm). 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm). Sep. WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Nice view of the mountains, the valley and the resort.
