Borgo Monticelli is a tiny hamlet dated back to 1100. There are 18 apartmets all recently renovated. The oldest part, where the holiday apartmets are, is considered of high artistic and historical value therefore under regulation of the Arts Ministry. The oldest part consists of the 3 watch towers overlooking the valley. Very nice house from the 11st century, renovated, surrounded by trees. 14 km from the centre of Perugia, 30 km from the centre of Assisi, 70 km from the centre of Siena, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
