La Valicella

House:
Divided into small 2-storey, built in Corsican village style, situated in the middle of nature and a beach of fine sand (100-300 m depending on the location of your property). Resort "La Valicella". 65 houses in the resort. Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre, in a sunny position, in the countryside.

For shared use:
Park 2 ha with lawn and trees, swimming pool (300 m2, 06.05.-30.09.). Table tennis, boules, volleyball, children's playground (slide, swing).

In the complex:
Reception, restaurant, bar, internet access, billiards table, games room, washing machine (for shared use, extra) (extra) bike rental. Half-board possible (extra). Parking. Shop 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, sandy beach 200 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m.

Please note:
Entertainment in the high season. Nightclub/disco closeby 500 m from the property. Deck chairs and parasols can be hired. Cosican specialities and fish restaurant. Microwave can be hired (10€ per week). Locked storeroom for beach equipment. Satellite Television in all properties. On site, bed linen can be hired, payable locally. From june until mid september, stay only from saturday to saturday. Disco on the beach 500 metres.

Interior:
3-room apartment 50 m2, nice furnishings: living/dining room with 2 beds and TV. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (2 hotplates, freezer). Shower/WC. Terrace 9 m2. Terrace furniture.

Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], free).
