Spacious for four in a village location Position: The village has a grocery store/bakery, two bars and a tennis court within easy walking distance. Semur-en Auxois, an enchanting medieval town is six miles away, with a good variety of restaurants and three supermarkets. The wine growing areas of Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, Chablis and Côte dAuxerre are all one hours drive away. Lac du Pont, a man made lake where you can walk, swim, canoe, wind surf and water-ski is ten minutes drive. Golf courses and horse riding close by. The friendly owners are golf enthusiasts and will be happy to arrange rounds for you. The Burgundy canal passes through the village and bicycles can be hired from the owners to explore the tow path and country lanes around the cottage. Entrance into a small courtyard with steps to the living room, enclosed parking and garage. Further short flight of steps leads to the grassy south facing garden with garden furniture and barbecue and from which five steps bring you to the kitchen entrance.

Spacious living room with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa and two armchairs. Fitted kitchen with table and chairs, ceramic hob, microwave, small grill/oven and fridge/freezer. Two bedrooms, a double with queen sized bed and a twin. Bathroom with shower, basin and wc. Washing machine. Another wc with access from outside. Oil fired central heating payable locally. Electricity up to 70kw per week included. Bed linen and towels included, changed weekly. Beds made on arrival. Cot and highchair available on request.
