Cosy chalet, built in 2007. Outside the resort, in a quiet position, 20 m from the lake. Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Shop 17 km, restaurant 17 km, bus stop 17 km, railway station 160 km. Cross-country ski trail 50 m.

Please note:
Car essential. Chalet situated 20m from lake Vuontisjärvi. Plot is level, with gentle slope to shore. Own boat. Chalet has own sledging slope. Lake and nearby river have good fish stocks, including grayling and trout. Behind chalet is field.

Silverlog lakeshore sauna can also be used by arrangement:
Times to be discussed with owner (no extra charge), wood-fired stove. Sauna is right on lake shore, distance 100 m.

Chalet price includes:
5 mountain bikes, 5 pairs of snowshoes and outboard motor use. Owner makes ski trails from chalet (5km). Illuminated ski trail and snowmobile trail 500m away. Jyppyrä ski centre and children’s ski lift 17km. Owner can arrange hunting licences for own 300-ha area. Owner has large cow shed 500m away which guests can visit. Village has safari business offering safari services and snowmobile hire, also a minibus taxi. Yrjö Kokko bird observation tower 5 km, Ungelon Torppa croft 17 km (Yrjö Kokko was famous naturalist/author). Tunturi-Lappi visitor centre 17 km.

"Tunturihuvila", 8-room chalet 140 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, TV, CD-player and DVD. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table TV, CD-player and DVD. Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating.

3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed. Sep. WC. Electric heating. View of the countryside.
