Garden with lawn. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking, individual garage. Shop 1 km. Cable cabin 1.5 km, ski bus stop 600 m.

"La Truffe", 5-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels, modern furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open fireplace, cable-TV, stereo unit and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Gallery with cable-TV and DVD. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC.

On the lower ground floor:
2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 2 small rooms, each room with 2 beds. Bath/WC. Balcony, north facing position, large terrace, south-west facing position. Panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.
