4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels, comfortable and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Living room with satellite-TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Shower/WC.

Top floor:
2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC or shower/WC. Terrace. Lovely view of the mountains.

Non-smokers only.

Kitchen:
Microwave or oven. One bedroom is furnished either with a bunk bed, 2 single beds or a double bed. The living room has a gas stove that looks like a fireplace. All houses have wooden furniture and a typical Austrian atmosphere.
